apply.yoshule.com lets you apply to a school from your phone — no queue, no travelling for a form. You can apply for more than one child, to more than one school, and follow every application in one place.
Find a school
Open apply.yoshule.com. Search by school name or town, and narrow by district or by level (nursery, primary, O-Level, A-Level). Tap a school to see what it admits, what documents it asks for, and — if the school publishes them — its fees.
Schools are listed in plain alphabetical order. No school can pay to appear higher up.
If the school you want isn't listed, use Request a school at the bottom of the page. We'll get in touch with them.
Sign in with your phone
- Tap Start an application on the school's page.
- Enter the phone number the school should use to reach you, and your name.
- We text you a 6-digit code. Enter it.
There is no password. Your phone number is your account, and it works across every school you apply to.
Use a number you actually answer. It is how the school contacts you about an interview or an offer, and it is the number that gets linked to the parent portal if your child is admitted.
Fill in the application
Four short steps: the child, you, documents, then a review before you send.
- Child — class you're applying for, name, date of birth, and whether you want day or boarding.
- Parent — your name and relationship to the child. Your phone is already filled in and verified.
- Documents — photograph or scan whatever the school asks for. PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each. You can replace a file before you send.
- Review — check everything, see what the application costs, and send.
You can stop at any point. Your unfinished application is saved, and going back to the school's page picks up where you left off.
What it costs
Your first application on YoShule is free during the launch offer. The review screen always tells you the price before you send — nothing is charged without showing you first.
If a school charges its own application fee, you pay that to the school directly. It is separate from anything YoShule shows you.
Track it
My applications shows every application with a plain-language status and what, if anything, you need to do:
- Submitted — the school has it. Nothing to do.
- Under review / Interview — the school is working through it and will contact you.
- Offer made — the school has offered a place. Accept it here, before the deadline shown.
- Place accepted — you've accepted; the school completes the admission.
- Admitted — your child has a place.
- Not successful — the school could not offer a place, with their reason.
Show progress on any application lists every step and the date it happened, so you can see when the school last moved it.
Each application has a reference (like BHS-7K2M9Q). Quote it if you call
the school.
Accept a place
When a school offers a place, the application shows the school's note, the deadline, and an Accept the place button.
- Tap Accept the place.
- Confirm. The school is told immediately that your child is coming.
- Take your reference to the school to complete the admission.
Accepting costs nothing here. You settle the school's own fees at the school. If you later choose a different school, withdraw the application so the place can go to another child.
If the deadline passes before you accept, the offer shows as expired and the button disappears. Call the school — they can still admit your child if the place is free.
Messages you'll get
We text sparingly, and only when there is something to keep or act on:
- your login code,
- your reference number when you send an application,
- an offer, with its deadline,
- an admission.
Everything else — under review, interview, a decline — appears in My applications rather than as a text.
You can withdraw an application at any time before it is decided — if you've chosen another school, for instance. You can apply again to the same school later if you change your mind.
If a school never replies
Schools should answer within a couple of weeks. If one does not:
- After 21 days we close the application for you and tell you by SMS.
- Anything you paid becomes credit on your account, used automatically on your next application. You can see the balance on My applications.
- You are free to apply again — to the same school or a different one.
An offer you don't answer expires on the date the school set. The application then closes and the child can be applied for again.
After admission
When a school admits your child, they become a student there and you are linked to them as a parent. From then on the parent portal shows their fees, results and attendance — with the same phone number you applied with.
