How to sign in to YoShule, and what to do when you've forgotten your password.

Before you start

  • You have a YoShule account — either because the school invited you and you accepted the invitation, or because you registered as the founding admin.
  • You know the email address the account is registered under.

Sign in

  1. Open your school's YoShule URL and click Sign in.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Click Sign in.

If your email isn't verified yet, you'll see an Email not verified banner — follow Verifying your email to unblock yourself.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
  2. Enter the email address on your account and click Send reset link.
  3. Open the email from YoShule and click the reset link. It expires after a short window — request a new one if it does.
  4. Set a new password on the reset page and sign in with it.

If the reset email doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes, check spam. If it's still missing, ask your school admin to confirm the email address on your account.
