Staff attendance

Open Security → Staff attendance. Choose the school day and a staff member to see expected hours, recorded visits and individual lesson or duty coverage.

Recorded presence does not certify that a lesson was taught. Lesson roll-call compliance is shown separately. An open visit provides provisional evidence but never invents completed hours or a checkout. Overlapping completed intervals are counted once. Missing schedules remain Schedule not set, not absence.

Gatekeepers (and management) can submit a manual presence observation with an occurrence time and reason when gate evidence alone does not capture a staff member's presence.
